This project was for the Medline, Dubuque, Iowa call center. This is a relocation to a new 66,000 square-foot facility. LEED-certified - the facility features daylight harvesting energy-efficient lighting, solar-tracking skylights, technologically advanced building insulation materials, tankless hot water heaters, and a geothermal heating system.

Medline is the largest privately-held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies uniquely positioned to provide products, education, and support across the continuum of care.
