What It Is

An Immersive Design Session, Not a Guessing Game

Most workplace decisions are made from flat drawings and a leap of faith. Live Design replaces that with a shared screen and a live model of your space.

In a single guided session, a BOS designer builds your floor plan in realistic 3D, drops in real Haworth and partner products, and adjusts layouts, finishes, and furniture on the fly — while the price updates alongside every change. You see exactly what you're buying, what it costs, and how it feels to move through the space.

It's the certainty moment in every BOS project: the point where hundreds of decisions become one confident plan.

How It Works

From Empty Floor Plan to Costed, Visualized Design

A Live Design session moves at the speed of conversation. Here's the path from first look to a plan you can act on.

Share Your Space & Goals

Bring a floor plan, photos, or just your vision. We start from your real footprint, headcount, and how your team actually works.

We Build It Live in 3D

Your designer models the space on screen in real time — real Haworth and partner products, real dimensions, your walls and windows.

Compare Options Instantly

Swap layouts, seating, and storage. Try finishes, fabrics, and colors side by side until the space feels right — no waiting on revisions.

Watch the Price as You Go

Every change updates transparent product pricing on the spot, so budget stays in the room and there are no surprises later.

Walk Through It

Step inside your design with immersive, VR-ready visualization — see sightlines, scale, and light before anything is ordered.

Leave With a Plan

Finish the session with a visualized, costed design and clear next steps — weeks ahead of a traditional specification process.
