McNelly Services Inc. The McNelly project was an exciting job to be part of. McNelly gutted an existing building to create an atmosphere that would help retain their current employees and also attract new ones. There was a mix of private offices and work stations for this job, and the breakroom is more of a cafe that will draw employees to eat in there, rather than at their desk. BOS provided almost all the furniture in the space. This workspace was well received by the executive team. McNelly Services, Inc. provides an extensive array of commercial real estate maintenance and construction services for the area’s largest commercial property management firms as well as national retailers who trust us to provide unbeatable property maintenance services at retail, office, industrial, and other commercial properties.
