BOS partnered with the HOA Board at Park Millennium, a high-rise condominium in Chicago's New Eastside, to furnish the newly renovated Business Center, Game Room, and Club Room. Working closely with the board throughout the selection process, every piece was thoughtfully chosen to complement the building's contemporary renovation while creating welcoming spaces for residents to gather, work, and unwind.

From selecting appropriately scaled seating to specifying durable, high-performance fabrics, every detail was carefully considered to balance comfort, style, and longevity. The finished amenity spaces seamlessly blend with the building's modern architecture, offering residents inviting environments designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
