311 Park

311 Park Place  In partnership with Create and Co, our BOS team helped to re-activate this Clearwater commercial office building during a major facelift.  By incorporating new textures, colors, and furniture that supports flexibility in the workday, the landlord has tripled the amount of indoor and outdoor space available for all the tenants.
